I would like to share my experience working with Brooke during the time my previous Realtor went on Maternity leave.  My move from Chicago to Texas has been overwhelming and the need to find a place to live immediately was so stressful.  

I want thank Brooke so much for the outstanding job she did! Without her help I don't believe I would have survived. She gave 100+% in helping us find a place in such a short time, and not to mention the extra time she took out of her schedule throughout the entire process, from showing houses, assisting with all the documents, scanning, helping me figure out how to get everything completed in such a short time frame.

I can not ask for a better, strong, more determined person.  I would recommended Brooke to anyone looking for a home to lease or purchase any day,  I know when my lease is up in a year I will be looking for her to help with purchasing a home.

Brooke assisted me in selling my mother's home after she passed away. It was only on the market for approximately 20 days and sold for the price my family was hoping to receive. I would gladly recommend Brooke to any and all of my friends. She went above and beyond every step of the way. My roommate and I were looking for a large rental house in a very specific area so that we didn't have to change our kids schools. She found multiple houses for us to consider and we looked at several until we chose the perfect house. We had some credit issues and the Landlord wanted us to pay a double deposit in order for us to move in. This equaled two months rent just for the deposit alone (over $5K) not including first month's rent so Brooke went to bat for us and negotiated with the Landlord to allow us to spread out the double deposit into payments so that we could afford to move into the house. We are all very happy!
